Folders guide

Folders are an easy way to group Tags and Lists (but also Locations). A lot of Remember the Milk users uses a character at the begininning of tags and lists to better identify them, especially GTD (“Getting Things Done”) users.

For example you can group every tag beginning with “@” under “Contexts” folder or every list beginning with “-” in “Projects” folder.

Here following a tutorial for Folder creation:

  1. Click on “plus” button near “Folder” item in main page
  2. Select a name for the folder
  3. Select the beggining characters of the tags, lists and/or locations
  4. Select where do you want to apply folder: lists, tags, locations or everything
  5. Click on “Save” button.
